Help Desk Analyst (Grand Rapids, MI )
Administration
The Help Desk Analyst provides windows-based 1-2 software, hardware, network problem resolution and technical support to computer users via phone, remote session software or in person. This position is responsible for identifying and escalating situations that require urgent attention to the Core Services Manager or I.S. Manager. The Help Desk Analyst clearly communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner and documents all requests, including history and resolution into the help desk software. This position provides one-on-one end user training as needed, deploys and decommissions computers, and assists the I.S. Managers with special projects as needed. Special projects include, but are not limited to: SharePoint, A/V equipment deployment / decommission and Canon Printing Fleet supervision and usage. Other duties may include analysis on processes, procedures and advancement of technology.

Materials Specialist (Grand Rapids, MI )
Operations
The Material Specialist 2 is responsible for working to stage and supply the Boom Line with materials, as needed. Orders are picked using an RF scanner and the appropriate material handling equipment. (Hi-lo, picker, and cart). The Material Specialist 2 rotates and maintains boom components in a FIFO manner. The individual will review Bill of Material lists for accuracy, addressing issues or discrepancies with the appropriate persons. The Material Specialist 2 is also responsible for completing assembly and all work that comes out to the VST area, ensuring work orders are completed and closed on time.

The Partner Technology Consultant (PTC) is a sales representative of Skytron’s Clinical Business Intelligence Systems (CBIS) products, services, objectives, policies, procedures, brand, and corporate core values. This position is responsible for supporting global customers and distributor needs by maintaining regular field contact with customers, distributors, and sales representatives. The PTC is also responsible for supporting strategic account selling while engaging and building relationships with IT/CIO and tech managers. The PTC assists in conducting national training courses and attends trade shows. This position serves as a direct liaison between Skytron, its distributors, manufacturers, and customers.

Quality Assurance Specialist (Grand Rapids, MI )
Quality
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for coordinating designated quality initiatives to ensure compliance with FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 13485:206, and European Standards. This position supports the Quality Management System through maintenance of document control and the facilitation of investigation and closing of complaints, corrective and preventative action reports, supplier corrective action reports and product non-conformance reports. This individual performs incoming or production product inspections when needed and participates in audits of the facility conducted by notified bodies, the FDA, internal initiatives, and customers.

This individual will provide support and coordination for the Clinical Business Intelligence product line to ensure productivity and efficiency. All product launches require significant amounts of paperwork, electronic documentation, files, meetings, and plans. This person will keep track of these documents, ensure communication is ongoing with all relevant parties, and make sure surprises are limited. The Receiving Team Member reports to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. The Receiving Team Member works together to perform all tasks related to the unloading, receipt, and put away of inbound product related to purchase orders which are delivered via UPS/Fed-Ex, Ground, LTL and OTR carriers (containers).
