Boom Technician (Grand Rapids, MI )
Operations
The Boom Technician builds quality booms, including hydraulics, electrical, and gases. With minimal supervision, this individual builds and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation of moderate complexity. The Boom Technician is also responsible for inspecting and reporting any damage or inconsistencies in carriers and boom arms. This position reports to the Boom Supervisor.

Product Coordinator (Grand Rapids, MI )
Clinical Business Intelligence
The Product Coordinator works closely with the product development and marketing teams. This individual will provide support and coordination for the Clinical Business Intelligence product line to ensure productivity and efficiency. All product launches require significant amounts of paperwork, electronic documentation, files, meetings, and plans. This person will keep track of these documents, ensure communication is ongoing with all relevant parties, and make sure surprises are limited. This individual must have a strong strategic understanding of the portfolio of products and ensure deliverables to support the bigger picture. The Product Coordinator position offers development potential for the chosen individual and the role includes exposure to company leadership, responsibilities to educate partners, and opportunities to influence business decisions. Travel is required for this position and would consist of visits to suppliers, trade shows, and distributors.

The Receiving Team Member reports to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. The Receiving Team Member works together to perform all tasks related to the unloading, receipt, and put away of inbound product related to purchase orders which are delivered via UPS/Fed-Ex, Ground, LTL and OTR carriers (containers). Work with minimal supervision. Responsible for inspecting and reporting any damage or inconsistencies in product or process and work with appropriate persons to resolve.

Management representation shall be carried out nationally and within the assigned region with regular field contact with customers, distributors, and sales representatives. The Partner Technology Consultant (PTC) is a sales representative of Skytron’s Clinical Business Intelligence Systems (CBIS) products, services, objectives, policies, procedures, brand, and corporate core values. This position is responsible for supporting global customers and distributor needs by maintaining regular field contact with customers, distributors, and sales representatives. The PTC is also responsible for supporting strategic account selling while engaging and building relationships with IT/CIO and tech managers.
