Product Coordinator

Grand Rapids, MI
The Product Coordinator works closely with the product development and marketing teams. This individual will provide support and coordination for the Clinical Business Intelligence product line to ensure productivity and efficiency. All product launches require significant amounts of paperwork, electronic documentation, files, meetings, and plans. This person will keep track of these documents, ensure communication is ongoing with all relevant parties, and make sure surprises are limited. This individual must have a strong strategic understanding of the portfolio of products and ensure deliverables to support the bigger picture. The Product Coordinator position offers development potential for the chosen individual and the role includes exposure to company leadership, responsibilities to educate partners, and opportunities to influence business decisions. Travel is required for this position and would consist of visits to suppliers, trade shows, and distributors.
  • Support distributor network inquiries via phone calls and email exchanges
  • Part number setup,correction, identification and obsolescence
  • Completion of Engineering Change Notifications, inventory obsolescence, product testing and Device Master Record maintenance
  • Video production assistance for teaching and training content, competitive analysis, administrative website maintenance and product launch
  • Research and report on market trends
Education, Training, Licensure/Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical, clinical, or business management knowledge
  • Prior experience with Skytron product or medical products, preferred
  • Technical knowledge
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fast learner
  • Must be skilled in operating Microsoft products including but not limited to Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office
